The room I booked, the "Grand Sea View Bungalow", was not maintained WELL. The floorboards creaked loudly, and some were loose. I noticed mold in the bathroom, particularly around the shower grout. This place needs immediate attention.

run down roomunclean towels
the room i had was quite run down , and there was no door to the bathroom. i also noticed the towels did not smell clean , and they weren't replaced . there were also a lot of ants and a cockroach in the bathroom , though i understand its a jungle setting.

the staff provided free shuttle service to the pier this was very helpful. i also liked that the hotel offered made-to-order breakfast.
the hotel is far from everything i found this inconvenient. the rooms were not worth the price i paid the bathroom especially was sad.

The cabin provided a modern, clean space with a comfortable bed. I found the shower great. Breakfast was included, made mornings easy. Staff helping with longboats were excellent. They assisted with baggage on arrival and departure (it was complimentary!). They also offered taxi services to town for 100-150 baht.
The fridge turns off when you leave the room, so drinks don't stay cold.

A Nice Seaview Retreat

The staff arranged transport from the pier directly to the resort via a traditional longtail boat. This service included help with our luggage. The resort welcomed us with refreshing towels and fruit juice after the journey. I found the breakfast included a selection of fruit, pastries, and fresh coffee.
The staircase to the hotel may be challenging for some guests.

I found THE view from my bungalow amazing. It's worth it. breakfast was included, and the grounds were well maintained. I felt charmed. the staff was friendly and accommodating. That meant a lot to me.

The hotel sits atop a hill that offers direct access to Long Beach. I found it suitable who are reasonably fit to climb stairs, specifically more than 140 steps, though it's worth it for the views.

The breakfast i had was made to order. It offered the basics one needs to start the day, and fresh preparation made a difference, so every dish tasted delicious. The hotel serves dinner and cocktails, and everything was very enjoyable.

The cottages i saw were large, offering ample space to relax, and the cleanliness was commendable. Everything looked new and well kept. The room provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, which i ADORED, and contributed to a restful stay.
